Forgive me for not posting daily as depending on Tech(Electricity) sometimes fails me – thats why i depend on nature more

As your days on Earth increases, i will guide you on how to maintain your youth and live forever until you decide otherwise.

Nature operates in two major ways that are opposite to each other and balance is needed for that operation to keep working.

Our life comes with both mental aspects (unseen) and physical aspects (seen)

While my previous articles are more on mental aspects that involves cultivating the mindset to live forever, i will be taking a turn to the physical aspect to stop your aging.

You see ehh, aging starts with your mindset and then your physical skin follows.

You fail to understand that every major thing recylces and your skin too recycles from any skin care issues to your regular skin.

As your days on Earth increases, you will face series of skin care issues like eczema, pimples, rashes, dry skin etc

You recylce or defeat those skin care issues like you defeat death everyday by eating food, so you defeat skincare issues everyday by taking care of your skin.

Now after you successfully defeat pimples then dry skin hits you on a later stage, therefore making your skin look old – when you notice your skin getting too dry then its time to slow down bathing and allow your natural sweats and oil to flow.

Work and sweat it out under the Sun 🌞 and do not bath, allow your sweat to dry by itself – when you start noticing small pimples then you can bath and balance it

Most of you during your dry skin stage will give up in caring for your skin, citing that you are getting old and therefore accummulating hypertensions inside your body.

Please treat your dry skin like every other skin care issues and like your face was cured from pimples to spotless face, you can equally cure your dry skin to spotless face, as long as you continue to work without giving up.
