One major thing you hate about your business is the ability to contain the frustration of some customers. In business, you find different kinds of people coming to test you; some think they are very smart, while others think they can frustrate you out of business. It’s essential to always maintain a calm demeanor and “self-smile” when facing such customers.
I have faced numerous customers who try to frustrate me. To manage this, I have developed a grading system where customers are attended to based on how quickly they respond and the motivation behind their response. This grading system gives me the power to deal with customers differently, with little to no expectation.
Once a customer reaches grade 4, it simply means that customer does not deserve my attention. So, I ignore the chat completely for days and only reply maybe.
This is just the tip of the iceberg regarding the many things you hate while doing business.
As aforementioned, everything on our planet has advantages and disadvantages, even the worst things that can ever happen to you have advantages and disadvantages. Similarly, starting a business and keeping it running has its advantages and disadvantages; the advantages are your likes, and the disadvantages are your hates.
Understanding those hates will help you better prepare to run a successful business forever.
