Please do the opposite of wetin society tell you, everyday try to dey increase your hard work instead of to decrease am to retirement, make sure you sleep and rest your body but get the mindset that you will increase your hard work the following day, instead of decreasing your work rate, increase it so you can care for your bills. 

As your business increases, you also need to increase your work rate, if you can’t increase your work rate then don’t increase your business – cut your coat according to your size.
