When you decrease your hard work in anything, your body decreases, but when you increase your hard work in anything, then your body increases it functions.

When your spouses increases care and attention, what do you tend to do? You increase your own care and attention to match his energy

If you decrease it, it kills your relationship over time.

When you decrease your hard work in life and business, your body decreases over-time to death

When you increase your hard work in life and business, your body increases over-time to life

Its like the more you increase your hard work, the more your life is increased
