I cannot believe that people live their entire life without studying there body, i just cannot believe

Like kilode – you live for over 100years and yet you no study your body wey dey carry you – chai no wonder all the parts of your body don old without renewal

See ehh, to maintain any physical thing, weather nah body ooh, car ooh, building ooh, even relationship ooh, you need to repeatedly remove dead particles and replace it with new particles.

For relationships – you and the person in the relationship need to remove traits or things wey unah no need again and bring in new traits or things that you need to renew your relationship to keep going.

America wan renew their relationship with Greenland by taking out China and bringing in more America influences..

Nah so life be, everything dey renew itself.

Our body dey remove dead cells everyday to replace am with new once, no wonder when we wound for our body, the damaged flesh goes off and the new flesh comes to renew it

Meaning life automatically heals us to live forever – but how do you repond, do you respond like others who neglect to study their body or do you respond by studying your body to enhance it healing proweess?

For me, my main source of renewing my body is through sperm removal, because at first when i came out, nah sperm i be, so its only logical, i keep replacing my body parts by removing dead cells through sperm and taking in substances to replace it, and some of those substances are like sperm, for example – some food looks like sperm when grinded into powder.

And all food that we eat, be it banana, apple, rice etc are grinded to pieces before we swallow them.
