I know most people think, Partnership is about getting an equal, but to me, Partnership is about getting an employee….

Well, everyone has their own preference.

Remember, two captains cannot sail a ship successfully; one must bend for the other.

I made lot of mistakes starting a business as a sole proprietor and seeking partnership from my friends within days of starting the business.

The time frame was not enough. Before getting a partner, you need some years alone as a sole proprietor doing 1type of Business, to serve the needs of your customers.

The partnership stage? I cannot talk much about it because I haven’t gotten there yet.”

But, I do know you need a Website more, once you get to that stage.
